Planning to become a registered provider?

Driven by the housing crisis in the country, we exist to help you provide more affordable homes.

It may be tricky, but it’s not impossible.

Did you know that between 2013 and 2018 only 19% of applications submitted to the regulator resulted in the registration of a new provider?* That is a massive failure rate by any standard.

At Future Housing Forum we know the application process is daunting, lengthy and expensive. However, if you are patient, serious and your organisation has a proceedable project, with proper advice there is no reason for your application not to be successful. We offer members of the Forum, who are not registered providers, a preliminary assessment of the chances of a successful application and support throughout the application process.

Please contact us for a preliminary discussion.

Whether your organisation is seeking to acquire or dispose of development land, new housing stock, or existing housing, the Forum is here to help. We will speak to the relevant people at Future Housing Initiative on your behalf, who will contact you to discuss your requirements. They will then find all available opportunities which may be of interest. These details are not shared with any third parties, unless you expressly permit us to do so.
